After the notepad is open copy the below code and paste that into the notepad.
"shutdown -s -t 60"

Here 60 represents the time in second I have selected the 60 seconds which mean the 1 minute, if you want to increase the shutdown time then you can replace the 60 with following times.
For 1 minute put 60
For 5 minute put 300
For 30 minute put 1800
For 1 hour minute put 7200


After naming your file click on Save as Type and select All Files as in below image, that press the Save button. You file has been saved on your desired location.

Save to file on your desktop with name "Shutdown. Bat" you can change the name of file according to your desire but the extension (.bat) is necessary.
